UPDATE ON THELOOKOUTDIARY

In Uncategorized on January 8, 2013 at 8:15 pm

To all my followers,

I am truly sorry I have quit blogging….I am kidding. Writing is my life. I will never stop writing.

I have a new website. It will be updated as often as a writer can keep writing. The focus is still the same. I will spread truth, honesty, love and compassion towards all my readers through my perception of life and the significant experiences that occur in my life. I swear to never write words with no reason or be pretentious but only pure and honest with every syllable, adjective, noun and pronoun that is published on my page.

If you want to follow me on my quest for greatness, meaning and growth, keep following. Bookmark my new website, and I’ll see you on the other side.

Morning Message

In Poetry on November 21, 2012 at 4:26 pm

My doodling in the library today.

As I wake,

I thank another day,

Erase my memory,

Reminisce on past,

Hope for the future,

She says morning,

I say I,

She says Miss,

And I say You,

Automatic.

She expresses her await for my waking call,

Waking message,

I tweet a favourite,

Touch a paper,

Read a statement,

Statement of love,

Passion and Pursuit.

Those hours of silence,

Broken by the fingers,

Mended by the imagination,

And uplifted by the vision,

I surely missed her message.

The love I called for,

The message I aspired to read,

The story I desired to listen to,

Revealed.

I wish she was upon me,

Pen signature,

Blueberry flow,

Black print perfection,

A lesson of care,

Never ending.

Technology has no boundary,

PC operates,

Memory adjusted,

Twitter application,

Hello,

I waited for you to wake up,

Is the unconditional message.

SWEET LOVE!

NB. This is R Rated Content!

I came home today after college and this girl I talk to from the states messaged me, and we started talking about romantic things because she is a hopeless romantic who is absolutely gorgeous and I am a hopeless romantic too, but I never show it. We were talking for a couple hours and we decided to write poetry together. She wrote half other poem and I wrote the other half.

NB. We aren’t romantically involved…………………………………yet. lol

What would I have to do?

Who would I have to be?

For you to come over and make sweet love to me?

Must I climb the highest cliff?

Or swim along the ocean floor?

Could you just make love to my body and soul?

Or would you demand more?

Could you take me as I am?

With all my issues and my flaws?

Pull me to your bare chest without a hesitation or a pause?

Wrap me in your passion,

Expose your every need,

Press your lips to mine and let every secret be freed,

Sprinkle your tears across my cheek,

Confess your every desire,

Moan my name!

Call me yours,

And set my soul on fire!

Need me more with every breath that slips into your chest.

Please me nightly,

Miss me daily,

And never compare me to the rest,

Indeed,

As my heart grows fonder by the distance,

So does my confession and desire,

As I climb higher,

I demand your secret touch,

Your scent,

Your curves that are so bent,

I rely on your sweet breath,

That I tantalizingly taste with my tongue,

The ever sensation that fills my heart,

Fills my heart with joy,

Make love to the sacred skin,

That is as precious as the finest cloth,

Finest texture,

That fits your perfect curves,

Your perfect shape,

Let me expose your greatness,

Let me dig deep to dominate your body,

Expose your soul,

Let it free,

Interlock our fingers in unison,

Hold tight for all the members,

And keep holding,

Never leave,

Make love,

Unseen penetration that unfolds in orgasmic symbolic threads,

Finally breathe hard,

Fall asleep.

WHY I LOVE BLACK WOMEN

In Poetry on November 16, 2012 at 3:47 pm

GAAWWWWDDD DAAYYYYUUUUUM

I love how black women have this subtle style that I don’t seem to understand. It is beautifully secret within.

I love how black women don’t have to try to be cool, they just naturally are.

I love how black women have natural African hair, which looks naturally curly, naturally afro shaped, naturally black and soft.

I love how black women can cook really well and make food have so much flavour.

I love how black women are strong, and grounded in their beliefs, principles and morals.

I love have black women have the natural curves of a queen.

I love how black women act so queen like. Like they are the most important women in the world.

I love how black women can project their voice in speech, song, and laughter.

I love how black women can stick by their children through the best times of life and through the hardships.

I love the black woman’s commitment.

I SIMPLY LOVE THE BLACK WOMAN!

I CAN’T WAIT FOR MY BLACK WOMAN!

TENERIFE: THE FOOD I INDULGED IN ON MY TRIP

In Travel on November 4, 2012 at 4:45 pm

Okay, I gave you the low down on my trip as a whole but let me talk about the food. The food in Tenerife changed me literally. I got off the plane starving and every meal I had from their on was full and large. Let me tell you something about me. When I am at home in London, I really don’t eat much. Porridge and toast for breakfast five days a week. Saturday I make the effort to indulge in a full English breakfast and Sunday I skip breakfast to go to the gym in the morning. Sandwich or ready noodles, Doritos, flapjack and orange juice for lunch everyday. I most of the time have a proper African meal for dinner (rice, heavily seasoned meat and vegetables and salad).  Seems pretty simple right?

When I got to Tenerife that all changed. For breakfast, my meal consisted of baked beans (unseasoned), crispy bacon strips, scrambled eggs and a bowl of peach and pastry. I had that every morning. I never went out for breakfast when living in the hotel. I should have taken a picture of my portion of food. Sadly, I didn’t think a picture was that admirable. The food was good enough for me to keep eating more…and more……and more.

Lunch? Lunch was a major issue for me. I ate a lot. Everyday, I would make the effort to eat some sort of vegetable or salad. I really don’t like eating salad in London but Tenerife changed me entirely. I ate minestrone soup for starters. It tasted flavourful but not extremely seasoned. I am black, and food in my culture most of the time has extreme seasoning beyond my own grasp of knowledge. The main course for lunch is usually paella (which I craved on the daily), beetroot, sweetcorn, chips, nuggets, shrimp rings with beef or chicken in mushroom sauce or marinated in something unusual (I survived and didn’t get any allergic reactions from my extreme experiments).  Of course, for desert equals fruit. It would eat peach and fruit salad once again. The best part of lunch is going out to eat lunch! My mum  loves food so she will spend good money on eating out, as well as shopping. I am not rich, neither is my mum, but we eat in style, however we can.

Dinner?

I don’t know how to talk about dinner. Dinner in the hotel is just like lunch so there isn’t much I can say. Going out to eat is a skill, definitely not for the amateurs. You gotta be very cautious where you go, because many guys in Tenerife will promote their menu as if they hold the best of the best, and the 5 star menu that will sweep you off your feet. I once ate the most average ribs on the island when a restaurant called Tony Roma’s was promoting chicken and ribs on their banner, directly in sight of all rib and chicken lovers passing by. I have never been disappointed. The ribs were okay, not awful but nothing special though. I was thinking Tony Roma’s would live up to it’s name but it really should have just put the ribs deep in the menu, not promote it in the title of their restaurant. I remember my mum talking and walking with tourists while casually telling them to never go there. That made me laugh slightly.

Fast forward a couple days and my mum and I are beach side at a simple restaurant that was promoting decent food, so I took the risk at demanding ribs a second time, just before I left for the airport to come home. I just had to allow my mum to spend a little bit more euros on another rib experience. This time I was impressed. And yes it was deep in the menu, not promoted. My mum took a rib, my mums new friend took one too, and so did my cousin. I only ate one out of three of the ribs on my plate. I needed more obviously, but I had to tame myself. Instead my mums friend bought some more. I stole one from at that moment and time. Sneaky, I was.

Okay, I was blown away by the ribs so much that my cousin didn’t even touch his chicken. Lovingly he asked for my food and somehow abandoned his chicken. A sly one indeed.

I used to be entirely allergic to fish until I found out I could eat shell fish. My life took a new path from there. I only ate one of my mums mussels but I can guarantee, I could eat that all by myself if my mum wasn’t there and it was given to me for free.

Everyone needs a good beverage to go alongside rich food.

SO SUCCULENT, SO FRESH!! MORE TO COME ON MY TENERIFE ADVENTURES!

MY PLAN FROM NOW TO 2013

In Travel on October 4, 2012 at 4:50 pm

So since my life has shifted majorly in the last 24 hours, I have made a plan for what I hope to achieve from now to Septembers 2013. I thought I would share it with my fellow bloggers.

1. College: I am going to be focusing solely on college this year. I want to not just pass, but pass exceptionally well. I want to make sure that I am achieving my best in all my classes, not just the best in the class, if you get what I mean. So that means achieving A’s and Distinctions in Media: Video Applied, Literature and Business (my lovely subjects).

2. TheLookoutDiary: I hope to be able to push my blog and further and become more established in my love for writing. Hopefully think of new ventures. Something I am keeping a secret from all of you bloggers out there. I want to be the best at my game. It’s a game because I love it so much.

3. New York or San Diego: I hope to fly over to either one of these two places next year, as an individual taking his first trip alone without family. I don’t even want to bring any friends. I want to have an individual experience.

4. Make New Friends: I want to use this year not to only focus on ambitions, but build relationships with people. Meaningful people that can help me grow as an individual. People that I can share amazing experiences with. But not travel with…..yet. Like I said, first trip is alone. I am definitely willing to have people on the second one.

5. ME: I simply want to be myself, and not project myself as anything or anyone but me. Identity in CHEEECCCKKK!
